Martin P3, Bagnaia P12 and Zarco on top on raceday

Martin heads into the final race with the psychological advantage after taking P3 in Warm Up behind Zarco and Binder

The final race day of 2023 is upon us as the green flag waved on Sunday morning Warm Up, and it was Johann Zarco (Prima Pramac Racing) who took warm-up honours at the Gran Premio Motul de la Comunitat Valenciana. The Frenchman's 1:29.884 saw him top the pile by 0.034s as he denied Brad Binder (Red Bull KTM Factory Racing) the top spot. The South African is looking strong ahead of the race but so is the rider with it all to do in the Grand Prix, Jorge Martin (Prima Pramac Racing). The Spaniard certainly seems up for a fight today as he eyes up the Grand Prix victory after bagging P3 in Warm Up.

Just 14 points sit between Martin and Championship leader Francesco Bagnaia (Ducati Lenovo Team). Martin needs a Grand Prix victory with Bagnaia finishing outside the top five to become MotoGP™'s 75th Champion. It's advantage Martin after Warm Up with Bagnaia only managing P12.

It's all to play for later on as a Champion will be crowned at the Valencia Grand Prix. Will Bagnaia be able to hold strong or will Martin deny the Champion his 2nd title? You're not going to want to miss a second of the title decider with lights out at 15:00 local time (GMT +1).
